Our spinning unit, was commissioned and started production since January, 1st, 2023. Spinning is 1st link and unit of vertical integration of Lucky textile mills ltd.

Our state-of-the-art yarn manufacturing facility stands as a true benchmark of innovation and excellence. Equipped with advanced European and Japanese automated machinery, it blends precision engineering with next-generation technology to produce superior-quality yarn. With an annual production capacity of 0.6 million bags, the facility is designed to meet diverse customer needs while maintaining outstanding consistency, efficiency, and sustainability in every fiber.

Spinning Comprises of 2 units

• MVS - Air jet spinning

• Autocoro - Open end spinning

MVS unit
comprises of,

  • 27 MVS machines – 870EX – Japanese origin
  • Total no of spindles are 2592 equivalent to 60,000 ring spindles
  • Count range from 15/1 to 60/1, carded and combed.
  • Material Range is PC, CVC, PP, PA, PV, VISCOSE, COTTON TENCEL, TENCEL & all man-made fibers
  • Production capacity of MVS unit is 750 bags per day or 27 million yarn pounds per year.

Future Prospects
