Operational since 2015, our state-of-the-art weaving facility has a 100 million meter annual capacity with 564 Air-Jet and 200 Sulzer looms. We produce a wide range of high-quality fabrics, including twills, drills, dobby, satins, and plains, using premium yarns from our integrated Spinning Unit and top global suppliers. Fully automated and digitally monitored, the unit ensures efficient, low-waste production with consistent quality.
The Weaving unit is supported by a comprehensive range of advanced preparatory machinery, including sectional warping, direct warping, sizing, and fully automatic drawing-in machines, all featuring the latest technology to ensure precision and efficiency.
In addition, the unit is equipped with state-of-the-art two-for-one (TFO) doubling and twisting machines, catering to both in-house production needs and specific customer requirements. This integrated setup ensures consistent yarn preparation, optimal loom performance, and superior fabric quality.
The unit is equipped with advanced, fully automated Air-Jet looms from Picanol, Belgium, delivering high efficiency and consistent fabric quality. With loom widths ranging from 220 cm to 400 cm, the unit produces up to 250,000 meters of greige fabric per day, catering to diverse customer requirements. The looms are also capable of efficiently processing recycled post-industrial and post-consumer yarns.
